In celebration of National Phi Kappa Phi Week, the Cameron University chapter will present “The Role of the PA in Health Care Today” featuring CU alumna Angela Gibbons, PA-C.
The informative session takes place at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, in the McCasland Foundation Ballroom and is open to the public.
Gibbons is a licensed physician assistant at Fallingwater Medical Associates, an affiliate of Duncan Regional Hospital. After graduating magna cum laude from Cameron with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a concentration in cellular and molecular biology and a minor in chemistry, she earned her Physician Associate degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi as well as Phi Eta Sigma during her tenure at Cameron.
