Old Lawton photos, stories needed

Lawton will soon celebrate its 122nd birthday. And we want to commemorate that event in the August edition of our magazine, Southwest Impressions.

But we need your help.

Specifically, we need your old photos and your stories. Tell us about dragging Sheridan or Gore or eating at Wayne’s Drive Inn or spending summer evenings watching movies at Hankins Drive-In. Or maybe you roller skated or went swimming at Doe Doe Park or watched movies at the old Palace Theater in downtown Lawton.
