The “Springo” cards that were inserted into The Constitution in June contained numerous errors and have caused confusion among readers. The paper reissued a corrected set of cards on July 19 and started the program over. New cards were included in Wednesday’s Constitution and new numbers were drawn beginning Friday. Numbers published prior to July 21 are invalid. Readers should discard them and use only numbers that began July 21.
