A Lawton man is in jail on $100,000 bond and ordered to stay away from the teen girls investigators said he acted inappropriately toward.
Jimmy Allen Taylor, 56, made his initial appearance Monday in Comanche County District Court where he received two felony charges of lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16, records indicate. Each count is punishable by between three to 20 years in prison.
The girl’s mother filed a report with Lawton police on April 24 regarding the allegations against Taylor. She said her 14- and 15-year-old daughters said Taylor had made crude comments about wanting to have sex with them and of touching them inappropriately, the probable cause affidavit states.
Taylor’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for 4 p.m. Sept. 20, records indicate.
