Arrest warrants were issued Thursday for a man and woman for child sex abuse allegations.
The Comanche County District Court issued a felony arrest warrant for Craig Reed, 34,, of Lawton, for two counts of first-degree rape of a victim under 14, one count of child sexual abuse, and seven counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, records indicate. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
Reed’s wife, Amanda Anzivino, 33, also of Lawton, received a felony charge of enabling child sexual abuse and faces up to life in prison if convicted.
Lawton Police Sgt. Paul Huyssoon stated he received a referral on the case from the Department of Human Services after the now-12-year-old girl told of being sexually abused by Reed. During a forensic interview, she said he’d raped her, sexually abused her and carried on lewd acts and made her watch him commit lewd acts since 2019, according to the warrant affidavit.
In an interview with the detective, Reed claimed the girl initiated all contact and spoke of different times of contact with the girl, the affidavit states.
Anzivino is accused of knowing about the sexual abuse and allowing the girl to still be around Reed. In a forensic interview, she said she’d chosen herself over the girl “because her relationship with Reed was the best relationship she had ever been in,” according to the affidavit.
A $1 million cash bond was issued upon Reed’s arrest and Anzivino’s was set at $50,000.
