Green named Liberty National Bank president

Chief Executive Officer Rick Walker announced today the promotion of Chief Banking Officer, Taylor Green, to President of Liberty National Bank. In addition to this, Taylor has also been appointed to the bank’s Board of Directors.

Green has worked at the bank for 13 years. He began his career as a Management Trainee and gained experience as a Teller, New Accounts Representative, Credit Analyst and Loan Review Officer. In 2017, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and began focusing his efforts on bank and regulatory accounting, investments, and interest rate risk management. His success in these areas led to his promotion in 2018 to Vice President, where he served as a lender, strengthening banking relationships, building long-term customer connections, and strategically expanding the client base, all while further enhancing his skills in financial analysis and risk management. In 2019, Green was promoted to Chief Operating Officer after spending the previous seven years obtaining a diverse background in bank operations. He was then promoted in 2023 to Chief Banking Officer, overseeing key areas of the bank including operations, internal audit, marketing, retail sales, human resources and treasury management.
