To allow our newspaper carriers to complete their routes—many of those in rural areas—The Constitution changed the normal press time to allow our staff more time to make sure they are able to complete their routes as early as possible before freezing temperatures and additional snow or freezing rain make road conditions treacherous.
We will publish complete coverage of Thursday’s College Football Playoff game between Penn State and Notre Dame in the Sunday Constitution along with coverage of Friday’s Cotton Bowl CFP semifinal between Ohio State and Texas.
