The Comanche County Veterans Council will host a mayoral town hall Aug. 11 at VFW Post 5263, located at 103 NE 20th.
The session is set from 2-4 p.m. Five candidates have announced they are running for the seat in the Aug. 27 primary election. Those candidates include Mayor Stan Booker, Ron Ballew, Jacobi Crowley, Matina Davis and Cindy Edgar.
