His passenger, 19-year-old Samuel Lankister of Fort Cobb, was airlifted to OU Medical Center. Lankister was admitted in fair condition with head and internal trunk injuries.
Lankister was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday, and Hefley was not listed as a patient, a hospital spokeswoman said Wednesday.
