Forbes wins 14th
Fort Sill Ladies title
Sonya Forbes won her 14th Fort Sill Ladies Golf Club Championship title during the annual two-day championship tournament held Sept.11-12 at the Fort Sill Golf Course.
Forbes shot an A-flight lowest score of 165 during the 36-hole tournament.
The second low gross went to Patsy Payne with a 169.
The A-flight first low net went to Anita Hasenmyer and second low net went to Michelle Puckett.
The B-flight first low gross went to Leisa Wiersema and second low gross to Pat Price.
The first low net went to Shirley Cooper and second low net to Vicki Nightingale.
Tournament special prizes in A-flight for straightest drive Sonya Forbes, longest drive Michelle Puckett, Closest to the pin Patsy Payne.
B-flight straightest drive Pat Price, longest drive Sue Webber, closest to the pin Leisa Wiersema.
A-flight low putts went to Sonya Forbes, B-flight Lisa Wiersema.

Duffy is the Lawton High School kicker and was featured in our weekly Constitution player feature for the three Lawton schools, Elgin and Cache.
