Emergency crews were attempting a high-angle rescue Friday afternoon for multiple climbers stuck and suspended from a cliff at a Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge hiking trail.
Comanche County/Lawton Emergency Management reported Cache, Indiahoma, Fort Sill and Lawton fire departments, joined with the Wildlife Refuge Rescue Air Evac were at the scene preparing for the rescue shortly before 5 p.m.
