A Lawton man received four 20-year prison sentences after pleading guilty to multiple counts of molesting a 14-year-old girl.
Jeffery Michael Bourdeau, 34, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Comanche County District Court to felony counts of forcible sodomy, lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and two counts of first-degree rape with a victim under the age of 14, records indicate.
District Judge Grant Sheperd ordered Bourdeau serve 20 years per charge, each count concurrently, and he must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Bourdeau was arrested and charged in September 2022 after the girl’s mother caught him molesting the girl and told police. The girl told investigators that Bourdeau had been molesting and raping her for “month” but she was too scared to say anything, the affidavit states.
Bourdeau has been held on $75,000 bond since his initial court appearance. He will receive credit for time served.
