Liberty National Bank has donated $100,000 to the Lawton Public School Foundation.
In partnership with the Green family, their cumulative contributions total $275,000, according to a press release.
The $100,000 donation will further the Lawton Public School Foundation’s mission to enrich the educational experience for students, educators, and the broader community. The foundation works to provide resources and opportunities that enhance the quality of education within the Lawton Public School District. This donation will enable the foundation to fund various initiatives, grants, and programs that directly benefit students, teachers, and educational excellence, according to a press release.
“This donation is a testament to our commitment to the education and development of the young minds in our community,” Taylor Green, Chief Banking Officer of Liberty National Bank, said in a press release.. “Over the last decade, the LPS Foundation has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in its initiatives. We hope this donation will empower the board to further intensify its commitment to channeling resources back into the students within this school district.”
