A Lawton student will graduate from the Oklahoma School for the Blind this week in Muskogee.
According to a press release, Lorie Cox, a senior at the school, began attending the school in third grade. While there, she participated in Girl Scouts, Adventure Scouts, Jazz Band, Student Council, Goalball, Work Study, and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America.
Cox plans to become a technology coder after graduating, according to the press release.
