An allegation of inappropriate touching of a teen girl has the law seeking the arrest of a 35-year-old man.
The Comanche County District Court issued a felony arrest warrant Friday for Dion Bland, of Lawton, for a count of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, records indicate. The crime is punishable by between three and 20 years in prison.
The girl’s mother called Lawton police on Nov. 4 after the 14-year-old girl told her Bland touched her inappropriately while she stayed the night, the warrant affidavit states. The girl said there were three separate incidents involving the older man.
A $50,000 cash warrant bond was issued upon Bland’s arrest.
