Lawton Community Theatre named its new managing and technical directors along with announcing other upcoming events and updates at their latest board meeting Monday evening.
Michael Harden was named the new managing director of LCT, bringing with him years of experience. Hardin has been active in the LCT community, while performing in recent plays such as “Godspell” and “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”
Tom Muhn took the role of technical director, after years of the position being vacant. He brings with him many years of technical experience and plans to settle down in Lawton in order to be more creative.
The board also discussed upcoming events such as their Children’s Camp in July, their booths at the Arts For All Festival and updates on “Bat Boy,” the latest play which will take place April 4-6,10-13 at the John Denney Playhouse, 1316 Northwest Bell Ave.
