Interim City Manager John Ratliff has been given the job fulltime.
City Council members voted unanimously Tuesday to designate Ratliff as the city’s chief administrative officer, ending a search that was launched earlier this year. Ratliff, who was hired as city attorney, has been functioning as interim city manager since March, following the resignation of former City Manager Michael Cleghorn.
