BLAIR — A single vehicle wreck that killed a Jackson County man is under investigation.
Jake H. Holsey, 46, of Blair, died from his injuries at the scene of the wreck on a gravel and dirt Jackson County road 4 miles east and 1 mile north of Blair on Monday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. His body has been take to the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s office in Oklahoma City for autopsy.
Holsey was driving his Ford F-150 truck around 5:15 p.m. when the wreck happened. Trooper Brantley Ford reported Holsey was not wearing a seatbelt.
The driver’s condition and cause of the wreck remain under investigation.
