Defending champion Lawton High School is once again the top seed for the Great Plains Invitational boys tournament that opens Thursday with a busy four-game schedule.
The event opens Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Great Plains Coliseum with Tulsa Memorial meeting the Oklahoma City Storm.
Eisenhower is the first city team to hit the floor, facing Newcastle in the 4:30 p.m. contest.
Lawton High will face US Grant at 6 p.m. with MacArthur to battle Northwest Classen in the final game Thursday.
There will be four more games Friday starting with the two consolation games before the semifinals are played at 6 and 7:30 p.m.
The final round will be Saturday with the title game planned for 7:30 p.m.
