Trooper Spencer Sperling reported the unidentified vehicle was traveling westbound on Southwest Tinney Road at 2:18 p.m. when it went off the dirt roadway to the left for an unknown reason. The vehicle overturned an unknown number of times, ejecting the driver.
The vehicle became fully engulfed in flames and ignited a grass fire near Southwest 112th Street, about 6½ miles north of Faxon, Sperling reported.
Geronimo and Pecan Creek’s fire departments battled the grass fire, the report states.
The female’s body has been taken to the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Oklahoma City office for autopsy and identification. Her condition and the cause of the collision remain under investigation, Sperling reported.
