ELGIN — The Friends of the Elgin Community Library will host the Annual Book Sale Fundraiser on Thursday through Saturday.
The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Fletcher Fairgrounds, 501 W. North Drive.
Something new this year, teens and children are invited to go to the Elgin Community Library and get a book sale coupon good for five free books. There will be hundreds of books, DVDs, and specialty items to select from and something of interest to everyone.
All funds raised are used by the Friends of the Elgin Community Library to support library sponsored programs and events for the community. The Elgin Community Library provides services to Elgin and the surrounding communities of Fletcher, Sterling, Cyril and other rural residents.
Cash or checks only will be accepted.
