DUNCAN — After waiving his preliminary hearing in August, a Duncan man pleaded not guilty allegations he stole more than $1 million from a business co-owned by an Oklahoma State Representative.

Alaniz has been free on $25,000 bond since his initial court appearance on Sept. 5, 2023. His jury trial is set for 9 a.m. April 21, 2025, records indicate.
