Cowgirl Jean Prescott, an award winning singer, songwriter and speaker from Ovalo, Texas, will share her love of the Western life and God through her songs and stories at 10 a.m. Sunday at Elgin/Apache Cowboy Church, 15513 US Hwy. 62, 2½ miles north of Porter Hill.
Native Smoke will provide lunch, then a full afternoon of entertainment with Danny Steagall and friends: Steve Story, Dale Burson, Kevin Davis, Larry Able, Straw Berry and Jay Snider. There will be lots of music, cowboy poetry and stories and pony rides for the kids. Everyone is welcome.
