New home permits were a bit warmed: The city issued eight permits valued at $1.36 million for the month.
Larger commercial permits included:
A $360,000 permit to construct a 10,368-square-foot road salt storage facility for the City of Lawton at 2202 SW 3rd;
A $250,000 permit for remodeling of 5,000 square feet at Lawton Post Acute & Rehab (formerly Cedar Crest Manor), 1700 Fort Sill Blvd.;
A $243,000 roofing permit for the New York Fashions building, No. 2 SW 22nd; and
An $80,000 permit to install fencing at New Horizons Learning Center, 900 Cache Road.
