Cameron University named Marge Kingsley the new vice president for Academic Affairs.
As a member of the Cameron facility since 1994, Kingsley served as interim vice president for Academic Affairs since January 2024, according to a press release. A former academic department chair, she was previously associate vice president for Academic Affairs, overseeing numerous CU resources and units directly impacting student success, including the Office of Teaching and Learning, the Student Enrichment Center and the Eugene D. McMahon Library.
As vice president for Academic Affairs, Kingsley will have administrative responsibility for all academic units and support services, including CU-Duncan, the School of Graduates and Professional Students, and the School of Arts and Sciences, according to a press release.
