Caddo County man, 35, accused of lewd acts with 14-year-old girl

ANADARKO — An arrest warrant has been issued for a 35-year-old Caddo County man accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

Investigators learned of the allegations after the girl’s grandaunt found incriminating photos on the teen’s cell phone.

The Caddo County District Court issued the felony arrest warrant Wednesday for Kody Allen Walker, of Binger, for a count of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, records indicate. Due to two prior felony convictions, he faces between 20 years to life in prison if convicted.

Binger police received the complaint Jan. 12 from the girl’s grandmother. She said she’d given her grandniece an iPhone 13 in November 2023 and took it back on Jan. 6 after the girl’s parents failed to pay the bill, the warrant affidavit states. Photos and other data she found on the phone revealed the 14-year-old was in a dating relationship with the much older Walker, Police Officer Chris Ramming stated.

Given the phone for further investigation, Ramming stated he discovered photos of Walker and the girl in bed together and of Walker kissing the girl’s neck in a sexual manner, the affidavit states.

Walker has prior felony convictions in Caddo County from June 2015 for possession of a controlled substance and from February 2016 for receiving/possessing/concealing stolen property, according to Oklahoma Department of Corrections records.
