ANADARKO — Caddo County has a new election board secretary.
The Oklahoma State Election Board appointed Chelsea Bassham as secretary of the Caddo County Election Board, effective Jan. 2.
Bassham , an Anadarko resident, was employed by Yukon Public Schools from August 2019 to May 2023. State election board officials said she also has an adept knowledge in history from her background in education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and loving on her dogs.
