BancFirst Lawton president Mark Brace recently announced the promotion of Rhiannon Biggs to senior vice president and customer service officer for BancFirst in Lawton.
Biggs first joined BancFirst in 2012 and most recently was the assistant customer service officer for Lawton. She has over 25 years of community banking experience.
In her role as customer service officer, Biggs will lead the operations side of the bank, overseeing tellers, new accounts, deposit operations, facility management, and customer service.
“Rhiannon is a vital member of our team in Lawton,” remarked Brace. “She is experienced and knowledgeable, as well as being an outstanding representation of BancFirst’s philosophy of loyalty to our customers and community.”
Biggs is a Lawton native, a graduate of MacArthur High School and a graduate of Oklahoma Bankers Association’s Operations School. She is on the board of Family Promise of Lawton and OBA’s Operations School.
