Eastbound and westbound Interstate 44 will narrow to one lane Monday for the beginning of bridge repair work.
Officials with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation said the work will focus between U.S. 281 Business/Northwest 2nd Street (mile marker 39A) and East Gore Boulevard (mile marker 37) in Lawton. The work is expected to last through September. Drivers should use extra caution in the area and expect routine delays, ODOT officials said.
