Detectives with Lawton Police Department are investigating a shooting that occurred late Sunday at 910 SW 35th.
Police said officers arrived at the address 8 p.m. Sunday and located a victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a hospital for medical treatment, and officers closed the 900 block of Southwest 35th for investigation.
Police are asking those who live in the area to check their security footage to see if it captured anything pertaining to the incident. Information about the crime may be reported to Lawton Police Department at (580) 581-2372 or CrimeStoppers of Southwest Oklahoma at (580) 355-4636.
