Jackson County residents have about a month left to fill out a survey on any internet issues or needs they have at home.
The Jackson County Broadband Committee is asking residents if they have access to affordable internet, and if so, just how good — or bad — their broadband (high-speed internet) is at home. The surveys will be used to create and inform a plan for improving internet access across the county, according to a press release.
The committee is working in partnership with the national nonprofit, Connected Nation, to develop a step-by-step Technology Action Plan that addresses problem areas and internet needs that are unique to Jackson County.
The residential survey takes only 10 minutes to complete and can be found here: https://bit.ly/JacksonCoOklaSurveys.
