DUNCAN — A Stephens County man is free on $50,000 bond for allegations he collected child pornography.
Aaron Michael Grigsby, 28, made his initial appearance Monday in Stephens County District Court for a felony charge of possession of child pornography, records indicate. The crime is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
Investigators said a phone belonging to Grigsby was searched and multiple images of child porn and sexually explicit conversations with juveniles were discovered, according to the probable cause affidavit.
As part of Grigsby’s bond conditions, he is to have no unsupervised contact with minor children in person or by electronic means, records indicate.
Grigsby returns to court at 9 a.m. Feb. 14, 2024, for his preliminary hearing conference.
