DUNCAN — A 40-year-old Duncan man is in jail on $50,000 bond after he was accused of fleeing charges in another state.
Brandon Lee Rossman made his initial appearance Thursday in Stephens County District Court where he was charged with a felony count of being a fugitive from justice.
According to the charge, Rossman was arrested after fleeing a felony domestic assault charge from Stearns County, Minn. According to court records, his warrant was issued Aug. 21 for failure to appear for a court hearing. He awaits extradition on that allegation.
Rossman returns to Stephens County court at 9 a.m. Jan. 3, 2024, for his preliminary hearing conference for the latest charge, records indicate.
