A Lawton man will serve eight years in prison after pleading guilty to lewd acts to his underage co-workers.
On Tuesday, Marco Michealle Lindsey Jr., 26, entered a blind plea of guilty in Comanche County District Court to three felony counts of lewd or indecent acts or indecent proposals to a child under 16.
District Judge Grant Sheperd sentenced Lindsey to three concurrent 20 year sentences with eight years to serve and 12 years suspended.
Lindsey’s plea follows his September 2023 arrest for then-allegations he made sexual proposals to several of his underage co-workers as well as touched on inappropriately while on the job.
Along with the sentencing, Lindsey will have to pay $2,409.75 in fines, fees and court costs and he will have to register as a sex offender.
