Arvest Bank is partnering with the Our Blood Institute, Lawton to host a community blood drive at its branches throughout the month of January as part of National Blood Donor Month.
The public is welcome to walk-in and donate at the “bloodmobile” parked at Arvest branches.
Arvest will host the “bloodmobile” from 1:30-5 p.m. Friday, at 4330 Cache Road and from 2-5 p.m. Tuesday at the Duncan branch, 3775 N. U.S. 81.
Arvest Bank’s “Banking on All Types” blood drive is a project led by the bank’s Associate Impact Group, ArBilities and is a cornerstone company-wide community engagement initiative, according to Felicia Hanson, community marketing specialist. “This associate-led service project takes place across the bank’s four-state footprint during National Blood Donor Month to help raise awareness about the life-saving value of blood donation and help re-build blood supplies in the communities we serve,” she said.
