A man struck by a vehicle on Dec. 5. At Northwest 31st Street and Cache Road has died, according to the Lawton Police Department.
The man, David Jimez, who was struck in the roadway, died Wednesday after being hospitalized from the incident, said Lt. Charles Whittington, LPD information officer. The incident remains under scrutiny.
“This is an ongoing investigation with the Lawton Police Department Traffic Division,” he said.
