ANADARKO — A Caddo County nursing home Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) is accused of exposing himself to a patient.
Julian Goombi, 27, of Anadarko, made his initial appearance Monday in Caddo County District Court where he was charged with abuse by caretaker, records indicate. This crime is punishable by up to 15 years in prison and/or a fine up to $10,000.
Anadarko Police Officer Jeff Butler stated he was called Nov. 1 to Anadarko Nursing and Rehab regarding a patient who claimed Goombi, a CNA at the facility, had come into her room, exposed himself and asked for oral sex, the probable cause affidavit states. She offered her statement verbally due to being unable to write a statement due to her medical issues, Butler stated.
While speaking with Butler, Goombi admitted to exposing himself to the patient, the affidavit states. When asked why, he responded, “I don’t know, I guess being a guy and being horny,” Butler stated.
Held on $25,000 bond, Goombi returns to court at 9 a.m. Jan. 23, 2025, for his preliminary hearing conference.
