Yackeschi then took her keys and began to walk away, according to the woman, and when he gave them back, her vehicle keys were missing, the affidavit states. Yackeschi refused to leave and, the woman said, he pointed the gun at her and threatened to shoot her in the stomach, Ocasio stated.
On Oct. 20, the woman said Yackeschi finally gave her the vehicle keys back, allowing her to escape.
When officers went to the home in the 1900 block Southwest D Avenue and caught Yackeschi fleeing through a window, according to the affidavit.
