House of Bread Ministry is opening its Hope for Christmas signup program Friday.
Pastor Ramonda Bruno said she will be sponsoring two signup times for people in need: 3-7 p.m. Friday near the food court in Central Plaza, Southwest 4th Street and Southwest C Avenue; and noon-7 p.m. Nov. 7 at Central Plaza.
The project is aimed to those ages 13 to 100 who are in need of assistance at Christmas. Residents who want to sign up for the holiday program, which is similar to the Salvation Army’s Christmas Angel Tree project, should look for the glass kiosk. A time to help those who sign up for Hope for Christmas will be announced later, Bruno said.
Information is available by calling Bruno at (580) 647-0054.
