The City of Lawton has closed its wading pools for the summer, but some hours will continue for splash pads.
The splash park in Elmer Thomas Park, Northwest 3rd Street, will be open from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, before going to weekends only beginning the weekend of Aug. 16.
The splash pad in Clement Washington Park, Southwest 6th Street and Belmont, will be open from 1-5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, before closing for the year.
