ALTUS — The Lawton woman killed in an April 16 collision in Altus has been identified.
Colesta C. Loud, 62, who was on foot, died after being struck by a Hyundai Elantra driven by Ethan G. Howell shortly before 10:30 p.m. April 16 at 500 S. Bar-S Blvd., inside the Altus City limits, Trooper Ryan Hayes reported.
Howell, 21, of Snyder, was not injured. Hayes reported his condition at the time of the incident was “apparently normal.”
Loud’s condition and what happened to cause the wreck remain under investigation.
