The Lawton Public Library will host its second Mini Golf fundraiser on from 7-10 p.m. March 9 and noon-4 p.m. March 10 at the library.
The fundraiser is for the Friends of the Lawton Public Library. The suggested donation is $2 per person or $10 per family unit. No registration is required, according to a press release.
Tanya Organ, Community Engagement Librarian, said children will play the holes, which are based on different themes such as “The Wizard of Oz”, dinosaurs and “Beauty & The Beast”, and vote on their favorite.
The press release said the holes are designed with the help of the library staff and sponsors. The last group will be admitted at 9:15 p.m. Saturday and 3:15 p.m. Sunday.
