Former Kangaroos ahead Bryan Fletcher has declared that Brisbane’s Ezra Mam will win the 2022 NRL Rookie of the 12 months award.
Mam, 19, has been spectacular for the Broncos since making his debut in Spherical 11, scoring 5 tries from 9 video games at each halfback and five-eighth.
Whereas Mam should beat out the likes of North Queensland’s Jeremiah Nanai, Penrith’s Taylan Could, Canberra’s Xavier Savage, Manly’s Tolutau Koula and Canterbury’s Jacob Kiraz, Fletcher is definite that the Bronco is main the pack.
Chatting with former NRL stars Joel Caine, Scott Sattler and Gary Belcher on SEN 1170 The Run Dwelling, Fletcher defined why Mam is his alternative for the award.
Fletcher: “Ezra Mam, I do know you might have wraps on him.
“He’s Rookie of the 12 months, I’m declaring it now.”
Sattler: “I’ll go together with you Bryan on that, he’s an excellent child, a very good participant.”
Fletcher: “I keep in mind within the trials and also you stated, ‘He’s been killing it within the Q Cup, however I don’t know the place he sits in first-grade’.

Sattler: “He’s Anthony Milford-like when he simply got here into first-grade as an 18-year-old.
